创建压缩(或压缩)文件夹

有没有办法在Windows中以编程方式创建压缩文件夹？我无法使用FileSystemObject看到这样做的方法(尽管有'Compressed'属性).

我已经看过zip dll了,但是如果可能的话,我宁愿避免重新发布一个dll.Windows XP本身就支持压缩文件夹.
